Concept & Features

Blues Point is a modern reinterpretation of a multi-residential development, focusing on levels 63 and 64 of the existing building. The design embraces the unique geometry of the apartment, transforming angled spaces into generously proportioned living areas that balance private and public realms.

Level 63 features an open-plan living area anchored by an architectural staircase. The expansive kitchen doubles as a dining hub, with a breakfast bar and luxurious details including rich walnut timbers, a champagne rangehood, and a natural stone benchtop. Curved recesses and custom display areas soften the geometry, adding warmth and an emotional connection to the space.

The upper level, 64, defines the private realm with a semi-public sitting area designed as a serene oasis. Large windows frame sweeping harbour views, while soft furnishings and natural accents enhance the calm ambience. The open-plan ensuite and bedroom serve as the heart of the space, where natural stone and tactile tiles create a Zen-like retreat for relaxation and reflection.
