Concept & Features

The Mnemosyne project is conceived as a sanctuary for relaxation, restoration and wellness. Located in Edgecliff, Sydney, the project is designed to merge contemporary living with an atmosphere of calm and nurture the mind in the act of renewal by evoking emotion and fostering meaningful connections with its clientele.

Overlooking Sydney’s eastern suburbs, the 40-storey sculptural development comprises multi-residential serviced apartments. Commercial amenities welcome guests at street level, while the generous public wellbeing hub on the fifth floor elevates the experience. Each residential level accommodates six apartments, thoughtfully planned into quadrants for flexible layouts. Within this layout, two adjacent apartments can be seamlessly combined for larger, bespoke living spaces.

The interior concept reinterprets the modern-traditional aesthetic by incorporating classic detailing through a contemporary lens. Wainscoting and profile custom joinery enhance the modern framework, softening clean lines with depth and refinement. Natural stone adds texture and tactility, while sheer curtains maximise natural illumination, providing privacy and an airy lightness to the warm material palette.

Mnemosyne presents a serene and restorative environment, overlooking Sydney’s cityscape and coastline. The development delivers both luxurious and deeply comforting experiences, thoughtfully curated by form, materiality, and atmosphere — meticulously designed to nurture wellbeing and inspire meaningful connections.
